By using DateMio you agree to these terms. They cover eligibility, conduct, content and the limits of what we can be responsible for.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over. Creating an account confirms that you are. Accounts found to belong to under-18s are removed.

Acceptable use

• No impersonation, and no photos of people who have not consented
• No solicitation for money, investment schemes or off-platform payment
• No harassment, threats or hate speech on profiles or in the community
• No automated scraping, bulk messaging or account farming
• No sharing of another member's private messages or images

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a licence to display it on DateMio so the service can function. Deleting content removes it from display.

Community boards

Posts express the views of individual members, not of DateMio. We moderate against these terms but do not endorse specific platforms named in threads.

Outbound links

Links to other dating platforms are provided for comparison. We do not control those services, their pricing or their data practices, and we are not responsible for them.

No guarantee of outcome

We provide a platform, not a result. We cannot guarantee matches, replies or the accuracy of anything another member tells you.

Suspension

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms, with notice where it is safe to give it and without where it is not.

Changes

Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page.
