Email legal [at] datemio.site with the URL, the material concerned and the basis for the request. Include a contact address so we can confirm the outcome.

Response times

Safety reports are looked at first. General enquiries are usually answered within a few working days. If you have not heard back within a week, resend — occasionally mail is filtered.
